Credentials already in use with Akahu

When connecting to your bank via Akahu, you might receive an error stating, "Someone else is using these credentials". This error means that you need to remove the connection currently stored with Akahu so that you can use those credentials again.

In this guide, we provide instructions for revoking this connection with Akahu.

Revoking your credentials with Akahu

Head to Akahu here: https://my.akahu.io, and sign in using the same email address you initially used when authorising Akahu

Navigate to the hamburger/three-line menu on the top left, and select Connections

Select your bank from the My connections list

Click Revoke
