To keep your PocketSmith account secure, we can only provide support via email when you contact us using the email address associated with your PocketSmith account.
If you’d like to contact us from a different address, you can add a ‘support email address’ to your PocketSmith. This will ensure you can send support requests directly from either the email address associated with your PocketSmith account or a listed support email address and receive the help you need.
Adding a new support email address
- Head to Support email addresses via Profile menu > Security & integrations > Support email addresses
- Enter the email address you would like added, then click ADD SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS
Removing a support email address
To remove a support email address
- Head to Support email addresses via Profile menu > Security & integrations > Support email addresses
- Click REMOVE beside the email address you’d like removed.
