You can manage your email preferences from Email notifications from the User preferences menu within your PocketSmith account, or via the Unsubscribe link within an email.
Changing email preferences or unsubscribing via the User preferences menu
- Head to Email Notifications (Profile menu > User preferences > Email Notifications)
- Choose the email preferences that suit you by either selecting or deselecting the appropriate checkboxes
- If you'd like to stop receiving emails from PocketSmith entirely, make sure all checkboxes are deselected
- Click Save
Unsubscribing from emails via an email unsubscribe link
- Navigate to the bottom of the email you have received and click the Unsubscribe link
- Select Unsubscribe from all emails, or choose the emails you would like to receive.
- Then click Save subscriptions to update your preferences.
