Receive account emails as a collaborator

If you are a collaborator with another PocketSmith account, you won’t receive any emails for this PocketSmith account that you are accessing. They will be sent to the email address on the main PocketSmith account.

To receive these emails, you will need to have the main PocketSmith account holder set up automatic forwarding in their email service.

Setting up automatic email forwarding varies by email provider. You should be able to create rules to forward all PocketSmith emails or only specific ones.
