Download invoices for your subscription payments
You can download past invoices for your subscription payments as PDFs from the Settings menu while signed in via the web app:
- Head to your Profile menu > Subscription & Billing
- Select Previous payments from the left menu
- Click the Invoice (PDF) link for a subscription payment
- Your PDF copy of the invoice will be downloaded
Changing the name shown on your PocketSmith invoices
You can change the name that appears on your PocketSmith invoices by updating your display name. To do this:
- Head to User Preferences (Profile menu > User preferences)
- Enter the name you would like to be displayed in the Your name field
- Click Save and reload. Your display name within PocketSmith will be changed
Once updated, any invoices downloaded after this point will list your new display name.
