Edit the credentials for my bank feed

Our Learn Centre is being updated to reflect our newly rebuilt bank feeds platform, Data Connections. The guide you're looking at may reflect these changes, or it may still need updating.
If the Bank Feeds page (Accounts > Bank Feeds) is not available on your PocketSmith Account, you will first need to migrate to the Data Connections bank feed platform.
If you've migrated to Data Connections, but you haven't been able to find the solution you're after, please get in touch with us!
If you've changed your login details at your bank since setting up a bank feed connection in PocketSmith, you'll need to update these credentials in PocketSmith so that the connection will continue to work.
If you see an ' Authorization failed' error, click TRY AGAIN
If the connection has not attempted to sync since changing your login details, and no error appears, you'll need to click the three-dot menu and select Edit credentials
Then, click EDIT AUTHORIZATION
Adding more than one set of credentials
To add more than one set of credentials for a bank, you'll just need to add a new connection for the same bank, as detailed here: Adding a Data Connection and establishing your accounts
