Refund of your PocketSmith subscription
If I decide to cancel my account or downgrade to the free plan, can I get a refund for the remainder of my billing period?
If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase, please contact us to request a full refund of your last subscription payment.
Monthly subscriptions that are cancelled after the first 14 days of purchase are not eligible for a refund. For quarterly or annual subscriptions, please contact us to request a refund for the remaining full months of subscription.
If you cancel your subscription but are not eligible for a refund, you can continue to use the paid features for the duration of your original subscription period, as shown in this guide: Re-enable paid features until end of subscription
