Dashboards: Accounts list widget

The Accounts list displays a list view of your accounts balance, and the accumulative total balance. Choose to include all accounts, selected account types, or selected accounts.

The Accounts list widget is a great way to quickly view your current account balances, as well as a total balance of the included accounts.

Configuring the Accounts list widget

You can configure this widget to have a custom title as well as show specific accounts or account types.

Configuration options for the Accounts list widget:

• Custom widget title (optional)

  Replaces the default 'Your accounts' title with a name of your choosing

• Account select

  Choose to show all accounts, selected account types, or selected accounts

  Using selected accounts, you can add or remove accounts from your Dashboard's 'Account list' view. Just drag and drop the accounts you'd like to display over to the Selected accounts column.

• Grouped accounts

  Choose to display grouped accounts as one combined account or to list individual accounts within the group. 

Tips for using the Accounts list widget

There are some great ways to use the Accounts list widget!

Being able to select what accounts each widget shows means you can create multiple versions of this widget, each configured to show certain accounts.

For example, you could create two Accounts list widgets and configure one to show investment accounts and another to show your bank accounts:

Adding on a title keeps these nice and clear, and including only the specific accounts in each widget provides you with a total balance of each set of accounts 🙌
