Feed issues can sometimes be complicated, but we're here to provide you with the best possible service. In order to achieve this, we have a dedicated system for requesting Feed help.
Feed issues differ from those you may have with PocketSmith, as they frequently rely on our data providers to resolve. Our data providers often need specific details in order to investigate and fix an issue. This information is provided by opening a feed support request.
We strongly recommend that all requests for feed support are opened this way, enabling us to resolve your issues faster without extra back-and-forth emails.
