TSB Connection issues with Akahu
Connecting to TSB via Akahu requires the separate credentials used to log into the TSB mobile banking application. These are different credentials from those used for TSB regular online banking.
Our understanding is that TSB uses different login credentials for their online baking from their mobile banking app. As Akahu uses the same mechanisms for accessing your account information as TSB's mobile app does, you'll need to use the mobile app credentials to authorize Akahu's access.
So if you haven't already, please install the TSB mobile banking app on your phone from one of the following links:

Once installed, you should be able to set up your separate mobile app credentials from within the app. If you're unable to do this via the app, you may need to contact TSB to get those set up.
Once you have credentials for the TSB mobile app, you'll be able to use these to add a connection to TSB via Akahu.
