Managing your PocketSmith subscription on mobile devices

If you are using a mobile device and need to change your PocketSmith subscription, including downgrading, changing your plan, or deleting your PocketSmith account - you can learn how to do this here! 🤳

While you cannot alter your subscription from within the PocketSmith Sidekick app itself, you can do this by signing into PocketSmith via your mobile browser 🙌 . Menus appear differently on mobile, so read on for all the details on making changes to your PocketSmith subscription while using a mobile device 📱

Downgrading to a free account

To downgrade your account while on mobile:

  1. You'll first need to sign in to the web app on your mobile browser.
  2. Tap the menu button in the top right, and select Subscription & Upgrade


  3. Tap the left menu button, and select Switch your plan:


  4. Under the 'Choose plan' drop-down, select Free 0.00
  5. Then tap YES CHANGE MY PLAN
  6. To confirm, tap OK



That's it! You will now be on the Free plan, and your billing details will be removed.


If you still want to use the paid features up until the end of your paid subscription, you can do this by following the steps outlined in the next section!


Re-enable paid features until end of subscription

If you've downgraded your account before the renewal date, you'll notice that the Free plan will take effect immediately. However, you are able to re-enable the paid features up until the end of your current subscription period, as shown below.


  1. While signed in on your mobile browser, tap the menu button in the top right, and select Subscription & Upgrade
  2. Tap the green KEEP USING [PLAN] button



Switching your plan

If you'd like to change to a different plan while using your mobile device - you can do this by following the steps below.

  1. You'll first need to sign in to the web app on your mobile browser.
  2. Tap the menu button in the top right, and select Subscription & Upgrade


  3. Tap the left menu button and select Switch your plan:


  4. Select your preferred plan from the 'Choose plan' dropdown
  5. Then tap CHANGE MY PLAN



  6. If required, enter your billing details and tap SAVE PAYMENT DETAILS


    Your plan will now be changed. If you selected a paid plan, you won't be charged for your new plan selection until the end of your current subscription period.


Updating your billing details

If you need to update your billing details while using a mobile device, follow the steps below.

  1. You'll first need to sign in to the web app on your mobile browser.
  2. Tap the menu button in the top right, and select Subscription & Upgrade


  3. Tap the left menu button, then Update billing info



  4. Tick the checkbox 'Update your payment details'



  5. Enter your new billing details, then tap SAVE PAYMENT DETAILS

Deleting your PocketSmith account

To delete your PocketSmith account while on mobile, follow the steps below.

  1. You'll first need to sign in to the web app on your mobile browser.
  2. Tap the menu button in the top right, and select Subscription & Upgrade


  3. Tap the left menu button, then select Delete your account


  4. If you're sure you want to delete your account, tap YES, DELETE MY ACCOUNT


  5. Type DELETE in the field provided, then tap OK



  6. Your PocketSmith account has now been permanently deleted.
